II. Return Timeframe

Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted (exceptions may be made for quality issues, subject to review).

Returns for non-quality reasons: Shipping costs covered by the customer

Receive return authorization and the return address
Ship the item back according to instructions
Refund processed after the warehouse confirms receipt
V. Refund Details
Once the return is received and verified:
